Account Registration

New Customer:
Customers will be registered first to get any Agent Banking services. As a new customer you will be required to provide the following documents before the registration start.

  • NID/Any Photo id card;
  • Two copies of passport size photograph;
  • One copy of your nominee's passport size photograph;
  • Duly filled and sign Agent Banking account opening form;

  • Customer Registration Process:

  • Agent will initiate account registration through the device;
  • Agent will capture applicant finger print;
  • Account no will displayed on the device and the customer will get the Account no through SMS notification if mobile no is available;
  • Cash Withdrawal

    Account holders can withdraw money from nominated outlets
    Withdraw at Agent Banking Outlet point/Teller point:

  • Customer comes to Agent Banking Outlet/Teller Point for withdrawal, inform account number/show account card and amount;
  • Agent Banking Outlet/Teller Log-in to Portal/ e-POS/m-POS terminal by using Password/PIN;
  • System will verify device MAC ID and will allow login;
  • Agent Banking Outlet/Teller initiates Withdrawal transaction;
  • Input account number;
  • Input amount;
  • Customer will verify the account number and amount and then Input Customer FP;
  • System will debit customer account and credit Agent Banking Outlet account;
  • Agent Banking Outlet/Teller will hand over cash to customer;
  • Customer will be notified through SMS, if mobile number is linked.
  • ATM Withdrawal

    Account holders can withdraw money from any DBBL ATM.
    Withdraw procedure from ATM Machine:

  • Customer comes to ATM for withdrawal;
  • Insert his card at ATM;
  • Input amount;
  • Input his PIN;
  • ATM will dispense cash to customer;
  • Customer will be notified through SMS, if mobile number is linked;
  • Balance Enquiry

    Account holders can inquire their balance from Sub-Agent Points.
    Balance Enquiry at Sub Agent/Teller/FT Officer/ROs:

  • Customer comes to Sub-Agent Point /Teller Point /FT Officer/ROs for balance checks and tells account number /show account card;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller/FT Officer/ROs Log-in to Portal/ e-POS/m-POS terminal by using Password/PIN;
  • System will verify device MAC ID and will allow login;
  • Initiates Balance inquiry transaction;
  • Input account number;
  • Customer will verify the account number and then Input Customer FP;
  • System shows customer balance;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller/FT Officer/ROs inform customer/Provide slip;
  • Statement Enquiry

    Account holders can inquire their Statement from nominated outlets
    Statement Enquiry at Sub Agent/Teller/FT Officer/ROs:

  • Customer comes to Sub-Agent Point /Teller Point /FT for statement checks and tells account number /show account card;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller/FT Officer Log-in to Portal/ e-POS/m-POS terminal by using Password/PIN;
  • System will verify device MAC ID and will allow login;
  • Initiates Statement inquiry transaction;
  • Input account number;
  • Customer will verify the account number and then Input Customer FP;
  • System shows customer Statement;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller/FT Officer inform customer/Provide slip;
  • Bill Payment

    Utility Providers can collect their bills from their consumers.
    Bill payment through Sub-Agent/Teller:
    From Customer account

  • Customer comes to Sub-Agent/Teller Point for bill payment, tells his biller ID, bill number, account number and amount;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller Log-in to Portal/e-POS/m-POS terminal by using Password/PIN;
  • System will verify device MAC ID and will allow login;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller Initiates Bill Pay transaction;
  • Input biller ID, bill number, account number and amount;
  • Customer will verify account number, utility company ID/ code, bill number and amount and then input the FP;
  • System will debit customer account and credit biller account;
  • Customer will be notified, if mobile number is linked and provided with a slip;
  • Bill Payment from Sub-Agent/Teller account (cash payment):

  • Customer comes to Sub-Agent/Teller Point for bill payment, tells his biller ID, bill number, and amount;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller Log-in to Portal/e-POS/m-POS terminal by using Password/PIN;
  • System will verify device MAC ID and will allow login;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller Initiates Bill Pay transaction;
  • Input biller ID, bill number, Sub-Agent's account number and amount;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller will verify utility company ID/ code, bill number and amount and then input the FP;
  • System will debit Sub-Agent's account and credit biller account;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller will put a seal on the bill copy of customer;
  • Person to Person Transfer

    As an Agent Banking customer you can use P2P (person to person) fund transfer which is also a very popular service from Dutch-Bangla Bank Agent Banking.
    Fund Transfer (P2P) through Sub-Agent/Teller:

  • Customer comes to Sub-Agent/Teller Point for fund transfer; inform customer account number, destination account number and amount;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller Log-in to Portal/e-POS /m-POS terminal by using Password/PIN;
  • System will verify device MAC ID and will allow login;
  • Sub-Agent/Teller Initiates P2P transaction;
  • Input source account (customer) number;
  • Input destination account number;
  • Input amount;
  • Customer will verify the destination account number and amount and then Input Customer FP;
  • System will debit customer account and credit destination account;
  • Customer (sender/receiver) will be notified/ Printed slip will be provided;
  • Biometric Deposit Plus Scheme (DPS)

    Biometric Deposit Plus Scheme (DPS) is a special type of savings product designed for the small savers who can save money on monthly basis.

  • The amount to be deposited every month is Tk.100/- per month or it's multiple and the tenure is 3, 5, 8 or 10 years;
  • An attractive interest rate is offered for this product. The monthly installment is realized automatically from the Biometric Savings Account of the customer;
  • Any individual of Bangladesh having Savings Account with DBBL Agent Banking can open Biometric Deposit Plus Scheme;

  • Biometric Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR)

    Biometric Fixed Deposit (FDR) is a special type of Term Deposit product designed for the savers who are willing to deposit money for specific time period.

  • The customer can open Biometric FDR for TK.10,000/- and above amount for3, 6 & 12 months tenure;
  • An attractive interest rate is offered for this product. The Biometric FDR will be opened by debiting the Biometric savings Account of the customer and at maturity principal amount along with maturity benefit will be credited to his/her Biometric Account;
  • Cash transactions will not be allowed;
